It's just neutral, not good or bad. It mixes easily, and you get a lot for the price. For me calorie count per gram of protein is important, and this is the lowest calorie per serving, plant-based protein I've been able to find. And 5 lbs lasts for quite a while, even at 2 servings or more a day. I've been using it for about 6 months, and my strength and size continue to improve in the gym. I will continue to use this protein unless they drastically increase the price.

I like that it is mild tasting, easy on my stomach, and has no additives. I highly recommend it if you are looking to supplement your protein intake. I started on an all plant diet (mostly whole foods) and was having trouble eating the volume of food needed to meet my protein goal. This has been a great way to meet my target. Now that I've been on the plant based diet for a month my gut has adapted better and I'm hoping to no longer need this powder as a supplement. It's been a great bridge for me and will buy it again if I have trouble getting enough protein from whole foods in the future.
