We were initially impressed but I had to return ours. Parts of the fixed shower head had come lose/broken off and were found rolling around the box. It was a problem that we couldn't fix which lead to concerns about the overall durability of the piece. Sorry, I cant answer the measurement question. **Q: Can this be used on a claw foot tub?** A: Yes, that's how we used it. You need to pay attention to the height though - it is too short for a normal shower, but we bought 2 of the 12" extension pieces from the same seller and they fit just fine and made the shower the right height to work in our claw foot tub. **Q: Can you have the rain head and body spray on at the same time?** A: Yes, but we have had a heck of a time getting this shower head to get a tight seal.
