The string is already pre-tied and pre-shortened so that every player can use it. We recommend getting pack of spare YoyoFactory strings as they need to be changed after certain time. In the packaging, you will also find instructions on how to use the yoyo. Does this yoyo have a ball-bearing? Yes, DV888 comes with stainless steel narrow bearing. It spins at the end of the string and comes back with pull of your hand (it is responsive yoyo). Therefore it is great for all starting players and learning all the basic tricks. My yoyo is not well balanced, it is tilting on one side! This is very often mistake that players make. Yoyo is tilting not because it is broken but because of players throw. Make sure you throw yoyo straight (not sideways) and strong enough (the faster it will spin, the more stable it will be) How can I learn more tricks? You can find section "Tricks & Tips" at YoyoFactory Europe Store or you can find lot of trick tutorials all over internet. How long should be a yoyo string? There is recommended length from players waist to the ground. But you can use any length that fits you the best. My yoyo does not come back to hand! Make sure your yoyo spins strong enough to have energy to make it all the way back up to your hand. Weak throw is most common mistake. Also make sure you pull up your hand with quick and short movement, do not make long and slow pulls. Your yoyo wont probably react. How do I attach string to a yoyo and to my finger? Always use your middle finger and attach it between second and third knuckle of the finger (you get more control). Use slipknot to attach string tightly to a finger to prevent falling it from your hand. Never use knot to connect string to a yoyo, simply untwist string at its end which will create a clean loop, put this loop around ball-bearing inside your yoyo, the loop will automatically close afterwards. My yoyo does not work, it must be broken! It is very hard to break YoyoFactory yoyos since they are made from premium plastic materials or machined from high grade aluminium. Usually there is problem with players throw or string incorrectly attached to a yoyo. Review: Awesome YoYo - Bought this for myself when i bought my daughter a 201 Fast YoYo. It is a lot smaller than i thought it would be, remembering the old Duncan YoYo's of the day (mind you my hands were a lot smaller then!). It looks awesome though, just as pictured, it is also nice and heavy. It comes with a spare string as well which is not mentioned. I got to tricking and yoyo-ing straight away, it is so easy to use. In comparison to the FAST 201 this one is a lot easier to use, my daughter now prefers to use mine rather than her own. I would definitely recommend this YoYo to those wishing to relive their childhood as well as those still in it! Enjoy :)

**Q: Just bought this thing thinking it would be unresponsive. Is this not the case?**
A: It's not.  It comes with rubber bumpers installed to make it responsive.  They make an unresponsive model of the same yo-yo.  It is a great yo-yo.  Maybe my favorite.

**Q: Does it come with a string?**
A: Yes, it comes with a string :-).  It comes in a bubble pack with a string and some even have an extra string.

**Q: how long does it sleep**
A: It has a metal ball bearing, so it sleeps a long time. If you can throw it correctly you can easily do most tricks and get 45 seconds of sleep time. I would reccomend getting some bearing lubricant though. Teflon seems to work well

Bought this for myself when i bought my daughter a 201 Fast YoYo. It is a lot smaller than i thought it would be, remembering the old Duncan YoYo's of the day (mind you my hands were a lot smaller then!). It looks awesome though, just as pictured, it is also nice and heavy. It comes with a spare string as well which is not mentioned. I got to tricking and yoyo-ing straight away, it is so easy to use. In comparison to the FAST 201 this one is a lot easier to use, my daughter now prefers to use mine rather than her own. I would definitely recommend this YoYo to those wishing to relive their childhood as well as those still in it! Enjoy :)

### ⭐⭐⭐ Very small, not the best for a beginner

I bought this as an upgrade from the cheap yoyo I purchased from a toy shop. As I beginner I was in 2 minds whether to buy a metal yoyo and decided to go for it. I do think it was the wrong choice. The yoyo is very small and the return response is too sensitive. I sent this one back for a refund and bought the Yyf replay, and this is far better. Save yourself a couple of quid and buy the the replay, just check the reviews
