I spend a lot of my day walking dogs, no matter the weather. Jacket and trouser pockets are full of dog paraphanalia, and I switch clothes a lot as they get wet, muddy, sweaty etc. I wanted one place to store the medical stuff that I could fling on no matter how many or how few layers I have on top, but to also be able to use the same item when doing stuff other than dog-walking. This shoulder harness bag allows me to do that, being remarkably discrete under most jackets, hoodies with full-length zips etc. I don't like bum bags, and had previously tried shoulder sling bags (those things that go over one shoulder and then across chest and back diagonally), but I far prefer weight to be even on both shoulders.
