The motors for the massage are strong enough to leave you numb (when dialed up to max, less aggressive settings are available) and the heated components reach a good temperature. Motor placement seems good but the neck motors don't really reach my neck thanks to the contour of the car seat. There are a couple minor improvements that could be made. The pocket that holds the remote has some velcro to close it and secure the remote in the pocket however this can't be opened one handed. As it's on the right hand side in the car, you'd need to take both hands off the wheel to retrieve the remote if you were driving. I'll be removing the velcro from mine. Obviously, this is not a problem if you use this in the home. The other is the remote. It offers excellent control but if you want to turn on the heated seat, back and three of the motor clusters on full time, it's six button presses. It'd be nice to have an "everything on full" button. It also doesn't remember the setting from the last time it was switched on. These are minor quibbles and more suggestions for improvements. The product seems well made, is comfortable and works well.
