I wear size 5-7 and ordered the medium and it fit perfectly a little big in the pants which is what I wanted. I didn't want the pants to be clinging to my body. There is no draw string it is an elastic waist. I am 5ft 3", so the waist sat high rise on me which was good it came right up to the top, so it looked more like a jumpsuit on me. Not too thick, not too thin. I'm always worried about bottoms fitting but they fit great with some room. The top was a little smaller than I thought, but is a crop top and still fits great. This is a super comfy set you can wear around the house and won't be embarrassed to answer the door in the event someone randomly rings your door bell. I'm 5' 7" I weigh 135 pounds, my bra size 38B. I usually wear a medium in sweats and I like a loose fitting shirt so I get a large. I purchased a large. The first thing I noticed about this set is the tank top, it's definitely a size smaller than the other pieces, it's not proportionate to size at all. If you have bigger breasts this won't work for you. The pants have an elastic waist so they fit really well. The pants are comfortable and have a wider leg. The length of the pants are excellent for long legs, I'll guess that they're about a 33" length maybe 34. The robe fits well and is lightweight. The only thing other than the tank top being too small is the robe should have pockets and a snap to keep it closed. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.
