Review: Surprised at how well it works - This cream has been a game changer for me! Although I’m not a diabetic, it was recommended by a friend who was a nurse. I was surprised at how well it works! I put it on at night time with a pair of socks and when I get up in the morning, my feet are so smooth! I just have to be remember to be careful when I get in the shower in the morning because it’s easy to slip. It has nothing to do with the cream. Any cream would do the same thing. It’s a great value for the money, it absorbs very quickly and it does a great job! I usually put it on 2 to 3 times a week, but I think once a week would even do a good job.

**Q: Does it help with itching feet? Plus, can you use it on your face?**
A: Great for feet (and legs, arms, and hands). It's very thick and I would guess that it would clog the pores on ones face, therefore I would think it's not s suitable face cream.

A: According to the Gold Bold website:  KEY Ingredients, 3% Dimethicone: Skin protectant, 30% White Petrolatum: Skin protectant, Aloe: Soothes & hydrates skin, HYDRALAST®: Blend of emollients and humectants that draw moisture throughout the day.  Hope this helps...

**Q: Is this parabens-free?**
A: I don't know what parabens is but under the inactive ingredients, it does list proby/paraben.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Is this any different than gold bond therapeutic foot cream in the blue bottle?**
A: The consistency of the diabetic cream is a bit thicker.
