Little did I realize just how challenging this would be! There are so many little bits and bobs, all coming in essentially just a Ziplock bag. That being said, be careful where you try to assemble this as a missing piece could mean that other parts will not fit together and you've potentially wasted minutes of your precious time. Like others have said previously, this does come together in the end, but it's definitely something you're going to need to know the origin IP for or this will feel like you're just putting nonsense together. I wouldn't call this an "action figure" in any sense, more of a nice build to display on your shelf or computer space, or maybe even mantel?
