I've noticed when i have product build up it doesn't lather much and the burning I've noticed is when my break out is really bad or during the summer ( which is more the problematic season for personally) and tingling through out the rest of the year with a low break out; and when i have no break out it becomes like another shampoo. **Q: Does this product have coal tar in it anymore?
