It’s a ballpoint and it’s works. It’s Parker quality and it fits my Monteverde ballpoint refill conversion to rollerball/. Happy with all of it. Would be a 4/5 at least, but the box advertises is the cheap Parker pen box you would get in cheaper model like a Sonnet. Doesn’t even come with extra refill. This was mentioned by others. Ruin the entire resell value. I guess that is why it’s on the discount.
