Their purpose is to make it uncomfortable when you stray from your maintaining good posture as a reminder to resume proper posture. However many people have no idea what proper posture entails in the first place. 98% of all people practice less than proper posture. There are many good videos online for your consultation that demonstrate proper posture. Proper posture has enumerable positive benefits and outcomes. Primary would be the lessening or eliminating of everyday common back pain. He is a very active man, and this back brace allows him to still move around as needed while providing amazing support for his back. The material is not scratchy and is very durable.
