After washing my hair with my normal shampoo, i lathered the very purple and nice grape smelling product into my hair. Thinking my hair needs to be a lot lighter i let it sit in my hair for at least 10 minutes even though the bottle says 5. When rinsing, all the bath water was purple but i had no problem thoroughly rinsing my hair. Last i used my usual conditioner and let my hair dry. When the ends were drying i could already see how my they reflected the sun and i was absolutely amazed. After all my hair was dry i could see how much it had helped and my hair was already a couple of shades lighter. Of course it will never lighten my hair as much as the sun does, but that isn't the point. The point is i am very satisfied with this product and my hair is just as soft and voluminous as it was before. I want to recommend this product to anyone with naturally blonde hair. This time however it's missing 1/6 of the shampoo because it didn't have the sticky lable over the top as it has before. So it's all over the place. I did however get a refund. I hope next time it will be appropriately packaged.
