My only drawback is the loud “ding” upon completion... sure it won’t be an issue if you don’t have sensitive ears but my family had to convince me not to send it back based on that factor. Aside from the loud, ready ding, i love this machine. This is WAY easier to clean than our lists machine (hello mozzarella sticks!) and it’s much smaller in size but not much smaller in the actual cooking basket.
