I gave 4 stars because it has helped smooth my legs, arms and clear up spots on my back but it also gave me a breakout of dermatitis under my arms. I stopped using this regularly and just used the moisturiser daily and the dermatitis cleared up quickly. Now i use the body wash once a week being careful to only go over the problem areas, it still works and helps prevent.
