The part had a high degree of probability, based on appearance, it was a re-manufactured or refurbished part and not new as sold. The steel was pitted and the entire assembly was greasy. Beware of this seller and brand as it appears they are dumping trash from China instead of supplying quality parts from Japan as the pictures show. I returned this part for a full refund, notified desertcart and bought the part (different brand) from another seller.
