Since there are now a few dozen gnats and a mosquito stuck inside, I’m gonna say these work as advertised. Now I just have to figure out how they’re getting in. I put the second one in my bedroom. We’ve never seen any flying insects in there, but I wanted to see if it would make a good ‘night light.’ The light is soft but does light up the room enough to see. I’m very ‘light-sensitive’ and like a dark room, but this hasn’t bothered me at night at all. I’m happy with these and would recommend them to family and friends. Hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not so good for house flies

I can't give these an awful review because they are catcxhing bugs, just not the kind that I want. I have had them plugged in for over 4-5 days now and have caught plenty of gnats/fruit fly size bugs. My issue is that our home has been inundated with house flies. These traps haven't caught a single house fly and trust me, there have been PLENTY to catch. Bottom line: smaller bugs that are more attracted to blue lights will get caught with these. House flies, though? I'm not sure I would waste my money on this product to try to get house flies. This is just my experience, but I wanted to share!
