They are much more comfortable and cost effective than the disposable ones (also environmentally friendly). I have been using them for 4 months now and have not leaked through once!! It comes with 2 little storage bags which is handy for keeping spares for when you are out and about if needed. The only downside is sometimes they don't clean well in the wash and can still see milk stains or smell the milk. However when handwashing (maybe due to scrubbing them) they clean well.
