They seem to be pretty well made. I have used them extensively for the short period that i have had them, so far so good. I ordered the Blue and Red set however the single band resistance in both is not enough for me, i will probaby have to order one or two bands up a size. So yeh, if you're in the market for resistance bands then these bands will get you pumped for sure.
