This works really well. The coco mint flavour is fresh without being too strong, and leaves my mouth feeling clean for longer. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my breath, especially in the mornings. Easy to use and now part of my routine.

Taste is ok, it just takes a while to get over the hit of putting a lot of oil straight into your mouth. I also found that if swilling my whole mouth, some if it hit into my throat and this burnt a bit after. Positives are that it does leave mouth feeling clean and once you start drilling and it waters down a bit , it is much easier to tolerate. Can only afford to do it 3 times a week as the bottle isn’t huge. If I was using the prescribed capful every day I think it might last 2 weeks.
