Thankfully, the product is fine and does what it’s supposed to do. However, the packaging could definitely be improved to prevent damage during delivery. I hope the seller takes more care with packing in the future.

Much of it comes already assembled. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. Chair has a thick, built-in cushion that's on the firm side. The arms are also cushioned & swivel up vertically so they don't get in the way of pushing the chair under the desk all the way up to the backrest. The company followed up with the promised selection of a portable cushion or seat cover. I chose the cover. It fits snugly over the chair seat, & the quality matches the chair. I've no complaints about this office chair & am glad I selected it.
