It's meant to be used right after you shower, and because it's best to apply all-over, it might add a few minutes to your routine. I'm not sure why the image here shows a lotion-like white cream; despite the name "Clearlotion" is actually a mineral oil-based product, completely clear and more liquid than solid. Despite containing oils, it sinks into the skin pretty deeply, and you're supposed to "buff" using a dry towel when you're done applying it, so it's not like it'll stick to your clothing or leave you with a greasy feeling. The idea is that Thereplex Clearlotion helps keep your body's existing moisturizer IN, rather than letting it out in those precious moments after you bathe, making your skin dry and itchy; this is useful after a shower, especially if you like long, hot showers that can really dry out your skin. I'm not a fan of the flip-top bottle that's part of the new design; I liked the squeeze bottle with a twist-off top instead, because it didn't seem to drip everywhere as much, and I could apply it to places like my back with ease. Still, you get about a month's supply in a bottle, depending on your size, how often you shower, and how dry your skin is.
