Smells fresh - I cant describe but it is very pleasant. My premium EVOO smells more fragrant than this but that is expected for the price. Texture feels like butter Taste bitter A little spicy when swallowed. I like dipping sourdough bread on this. Will I buy again? Probably, this is good value for money. I am not sure if 100% good quality as I am not an expert. I am still trying different EVOO but I am willing to buy again fresh tin when this runs out. I tried putting sample in the fridge to see if it solidify. First sample is the premium EVOO which you can see in the video, it turned solid 100%, second sample is the Enios almost solid, third sample is refined olive oil which is liquid, the last two are rapeseed oil and sunflower oil which are also liquid state. All samples were put in the fridge for 24 hours and taken out at the same time.
