**Q: What's he hard plastic i am feeling?  feels like a warped plastic sheet. i have let it sit flat on the floor for 24 hours, do i need to wait longer?**
A: I’m wondering same thing! right down the middle of the mattress.   From top to bottom

A: Thare is a cover that comes with it and it has a zipper on it so it can be taken off to Wash. My daughter's came with the cover off of it, that is how I know about it.

**Q: Does a queen sleep 2 people ?**
A: Yes, my guests loved it. It was reported this futon is comfortable.  I like the storage bag that came with it.

**Q: What is this product’s shipping dimensions for Twin and Full size beds?**
A: My twin arrived from UPS in a cardboard box that was about 45" long x 14" wide. The mattress is rolled tight and wrapped in plastic. Once you remove the mattress from the plastic it expands greatly.
