I’ve been trying to incorporate collagen into my routine to help improve my nails and also to possibly help combat some recent hair thinning. I have been using collagen products for over a year and a half. I have tried pretty much every brand out there. I find collagen, in general, very effective, it has made my hair stronger and healthier, and my nails grow like weeds. I have been using this collagen for a few weeks now. I mix it with my coffee. I find it has no taste and it makes your coffee a very creamy rich consistency and I actually think it makes it taste better. I have noticed that my skin is more hydrated And little fine wrinkle lines have been diminished. I have not had any G.I. upset. I would give this five stars, but I think the price is a bit too high considering you would have to buy another one within two months depending on how much you use it of course. It appears to be very good quality.
