Review: Great ropes - These rope pairs are amazing. I got the 1/4 and 1/2 pound set. The handles are very comfortable and the rope rotates without any issues. Well made and worth the cost. I have already gotten stronger from alternating the 2 sizes. Using a regular rope now feels like a joke.
