It's also helped in many other ways in general but most specifically that was such a notable difference but my digestive feels different my balance my overall well-being feels different and it's not even from paying attention I was just taking the pill and forgot about it and just started wondering why I was feeling better all of a sudden after about a week and was going through the mental checklist and this is the only thing I had added.
