I was unable to set the timer so the entire time I was pressing the alarm was going off. Unfortunately I hadn't used it until after the Amazon return window closed. I contacted the company and explained the problem. They had me send a video showing the issue so they could see what was happening and that it wasn't a user error. They made it right and sent me a replacement. I tried it out and it worked properly and I am very happy with my purchase and the service the company provided. It is really nice having a heat press with the pull out platform and has adjustable pressure. I bought this to replace my HTVRont autopress because it didn't allow me to adjust the pressure.
