Review: Perfect for my training needs! - I wanted flippers to improve my kicks, ankle flexibility, and resistance training to build better muscle. These are absolutely perfect for all those reasons. Pros: they're slightly weighed down by their design meaning you won't get inverted in the water by overly buoyant flippers, which is something I've had a lot of trouble with in the past. They're so incredibly well built, that I don't notice even a hint of wear and tear even with pool use. With previous flippers I'd bought, after hour in the pool they're were starting to fray and fall apart at the tips. So comfortable! I have no fear of them falling off, plus they're not causing blisters or tightness, which I thought they might. Cons: They will make your calves, thighs and feet feel sore. They are not meant for leisure in my opinion, these are true training fins. They're meant to build you up, not make swimming easier. Not a fan of the open toe, it feels strange in the water. Adds a whole lot of drag (but then again, that's what is making it a better resistance fin). I think they if you wore a scuba sock it would take care of that added drag. Did not come with carrying case. For such beautifully made fins, I'd have expected some form of carrying case or bag to go with them. Overall: Would buy a million times over. Has made my workout exactly what I wanted it to be!
Review: These are my first fins. - I got these to help with my rehab from total knee replacement. I normally swim breast stroke, but was told by one of my physical therapists that the frog kick will be harder on my knee and she recommended I use a flutter kick instead. With that in mind I thought fins might help me since I am not used to kicking this way. So far I have been really happy with the fins. They fit great, and are very comfortable. They aren't tight, nor do they slip off. I immediately felt the difference in the resistance with these on and was amazed at how much faster I swim when I have them on. I've had a couple of Cressi masks and snorkels over the years and been very happy with those, so that is one of the reasons I picked these fins. They seem to make good reliable products.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ good exercise fin
*by J***N on July 17, 2020*

This fin is very comfortable. Had a pair of zoomer golds before this and it is much more comfortable. The fin is a little longer then the zoomer gold. Speed was faster then the zoomer gold and also my leg muscles got more of a work out. I would agree that the sizing needs to be adjusted. I went down one size from their size chart and the fin was still a little big but, not so much as to be unworkable. Overall I like this fin. Gives me a better work out then the zoomer gold and it is very comfortable.
