Had I not had the issue of the steamer suddenly stop working, I would rate it a '5'APRIL 2025: I bought this Rowenta Steamer in 2022 and used it three times in my home....tried to use it today (April 2025) and there is NO steam at all (yes, I filled the tank). The top of the unit is warm, almost hot....but no steam. I emptied the tank after each use so I know there's no issue with calcium build up or stale water.
