Review: Excellent value and quality for the money - I was amazed at how well this little oom paul smoked. I was aware that Rossi were Savinelli seconds and to expect some possible cosmetic or quality issues compared to a Savinelli. But this has very nice grain, fit and finish are first rate, and it smokes wonderfully using the 6mm balsa filters. One is in the pipe as well as an adapter in the package if you don’t want to use a filter. I ordered more balsa filters right after my first smoke as I really enjoyed the dry smoke. It didn’t interfere with flavor or smoke quality at all, just kept it nice and dry. I comfortably smoked twice after letting the pipe and filter cool and dry. For me and my aromatics twice seems like a good balance per filter for this specific pipe. The pipe is beautiful, clenches well, light weight but feels high quality. Most importantly is the smoking. Fantastic. I was happy enough with it that I have ordered a second Rossi today (2 days after receiving this one). I highly recommend these if you are on a budget or just don’t feel the need to spend more than you have to for an enjoyable smoke. I hope this helps.
