Delivery was quick even to NI. On opening the box there is an extremely strong toxic smell so we wore plastic gloves to put the house together which took a couple of hours with 2 people - 1 being 37 weeks pregnant and a toddler running around. The smell cleared after a few days of putting it up. Overall it’s a great playhouse and seems sturdy enough. The paint doesn’t look the best but for the money will do.
