It features a USB output port for device charging, an attachable warm white lamp shade for adjustable ambiance, and a lightweight design ideal for professional use in tight spaces or power outages.

## Description

Makita is the leading manufacturer of professional power tools on the market. The DML817 is a compact and lightweight, cordless Worklight, powered by 14.4V or 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included) to deliver up to 300 lumens. The DML817 features a USB output port, ideal for various uses including stationary use, handy portable light and a hanging light and a simple switch button for 3 lighting modes; side light plus uplight, side light only and uplight only, delivering an illuminance at 0.5m from the light source 240/190/190lx and 16/130/13lx when used with a lamp shade and 300/150/150lm luminous flux and 200/100/100lm with lamp shade. The DML817 is equipped with mode memory function; saves the last mode used when turned off and LED’s can be turned off in any lighting mode by pressing and holding the switch button, USB output port; 1 port, type A for DC5V/2.4A with auto off switch for USB output port after approximately 3 minutes of no operation, overload protection and strap holes in 2 locations. DML817 is supplied with an easily attachable warm white lamp shade, designed to attach to the light lens section to allow the Worklight to change to a warm white tone lighting with a colour temperature of 2,500K.

Shipped quickly and arrived days early. A great light for lighting a room during a power outage or working outside at night. Has three light modes - front, top and both, plus a USB charger. I was concerned it might not be bright enough, but it is a LOT brighter than I expected. Well worth the extra money over the cheapo alternatives - very glad I made this purchase.
