Review: Super delicious! Very close to the flavor of fresh, but with out the hundreds of dollars in cost! - Super great value! Almost as good as fresh, but with out the hundreds of dollars in cost... Plus the juice is amazing too add to recipes as well. I personally just like to use about half of a truffle, and a little juice mixed with a stick of butter and spread on baguettes before rising them. The whole house smells wonderful and the flavor is just mouth watering.
Review: No taste like truffle at all - These truffles are not worth the price. They are in good condition and look nice, but taste terrible. There is literally no truffle taste at all, and they are totally bland. There is also no scent or smell of truffle to them whatsoever. Worst truffle I have ever had. May as well be eating cardboard.

**Q: Can these be frozen after opening?**
A: You could freeze them BUT it will cause them to lose their aroma

**Q: Is this fake food out of China?**
A: Pretty much, truffles loose around 90% of their flavor after 10-15 days being out of the ground. Truffle 100% do not keep when brined or pickled, they don't even taste remotely the same as fresh truffles. The chemical that makes truffles taste the way they do fresh which gives them their fragrance literally completely disappears after two weeks.  That's why you have an imitation flavor in truffle salts and NOT real truffles because it wouldn't taste like anything.

Real truffles! They are so good! And yes, you don’t get many of them and they are small but truffles are very expensive so be prepared.
