The box did arrive cracked on the top brim, found out after I had already planted trees. Also the boxes are two different shades of gray.

**Q: Can the manufacturer make the holes for me ?**
A: Just drill it yourself.

**Q: It's this planter suitable for outdoors? Is it sold out?**
A: It is suitable for outdoors.  Mine has been outside since summer.  I did, however, secure a tarp over it for winter since I did not want water to be trapped inside the planter where it could freeze and expand.  This is my second fiberstone planter, and the previous planter has been outdoors for 1 1/2 years.

**Q: They recommend treating with fiberstone maintenance oil, but where can you buy the oil?**
A: I don’t treat mine.  They seem fine.

The actual planter was nice quality. Unfortunately it did not work for me. The expensive return policy seems inappropriate. I would never purchase from this sellar again. There are many competing sellers that are easier to work with.
