First dish was grilled chicken breast slices and fresh Hawaiian Pineapple,and thick diced Vidialia onion,drizzled with Olive Oil, and grilled over Apple Wood . I used a stainless steel basket. Perfect Tang,and heat, we also grilled it with our homemade BBQ sauce. Now I also make my own rub for over 30 years, 50#’s at a rip , this was it’s equal. FABULOUS!
