Review: Quality bit of kit - TBH, I have no idea how effective this is in my case, I am using it on my leg and knee which are struggling to recover from a major op. No way to tell whether it's benefitted me or not, but the placebo effect is a real thing, so hopefully some benefit! Sarcasm aside, the Senior Physiotherapist I see speaks very highly of RLT, and I will say that this seems a very high-quality piece of kit, you certainly get what you pay for I think. My review is based on the quality of the device rather than a medical evaluation! I will start to use as a more general wellbeing thing soon rather than focus on my operation site, I hear good things about RLT as a general wellbeing aid. I should say my other half used it on her shoulder for aches and pains a few times and did feel it helped.
