Does it stand up to windy/rainy days?** A: It looks quite sturdy but I would recommend closing the umbrella during windy/rainy days to limit potential damages. **Q: String came out of pulley. How can i fix it?** A: check to see if the axel the pulley rotates around is bent or if the pulley itself is worn so bad where the axel goes thru it that the pulley is cocked to one side causing the cord when it is taunt to ride off the side.
