It's expensive, but much cheaper than a fish supplement and the taste is worth it. It's just moist enough, but you get mostly fish not mostly water like other brands. Well never switch from Wild Planet. Hat's off to them!

We're hooked on Wild Planet. 6 oz cans mean we, my wife and I can have a feast of omega 3 fish that goes great in salad. Can has no salt added, so you can really taste the salmon.
