Push it into the nozzle opening for a secure fit. This is not a universal screen, and the nozzle is not included, so buyers know exactly what they are ordering. - HELPS BLOCK BIRDS AND DEBRIS — The open grid helps stop birds, rodents, nesting material, leaves, and larger debris from entering the drain opening. At the same time, it leaves enough space for rainwater to pass through, helping reduce clogs, cleanup, and drainage problems. - STRONG PLASTIC FOR OUTDOOR USE — Made from durable UV-resistant plastic, this screen is built for sun, rain, moisture, and changing weather. It will not rust like metal mesh and does not add another metal part to your plastic downspout nozzle system. - EASY SCREW-ON INSTALLATION — Securely attaches to the matching 2-inch EMT nozzle using three self-tapping screws. The straightforward installation provides a stable, reliable fit and can be completed quickly by contractors, maintenance teams, or property owners. - COMPLETE YOUR DRAINAGE SETUP — The low-profile screen helps protect the nozzle opening while still allowing normal rainwater flow. Use it with the matching EMT plastic downspout nozzle. Other screen sizes are also available for 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch nozzle systems. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | End Metal Theft | | Item model number | EMTBS | | Size | 2-inch Birdscreen | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Included Components | Bird Screen for Downspout Nozzle | ## Images ![2-Inch Bird Screen for Plastic Downspout Nozzle (Nozzle Sold Separately) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/610tijGUjKL.jpg) ![2-Inch Bird Screen for Plastic Downspout Nozzle (Nozzle Sold Separately) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61T-NmXSSoL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Who is End Metal Theft?** A: End Metal Theft began in the field in 2010, when our founder, a contractor for the City of Peoria, built the first locking cover to stop repeat wire theft. The company formed in 2013, and every product since is built by contractors. **Q: How do your products stop metal theft?** A: By securing the opening at the point where thieves access the wire or metal. We lock down handholes, junction boxes, and downspout outlets, the most common attack points. If the opening is secured, the theft cannot occur. **Q: Do these really work, or will thieves keep trying?** A: Our first locking cover was installed at Sundance Park in 2010. Sixteen years later, it's still in place with zero repeat theft. Thieves test it, realize they cannot remove it, and move on. Plastic nozzles have no scrap value, removing the incentive. **Q: Are these products difficult to install?** A: No. Every product is designed for the field: no complicated steps, no guesswork, no special tools required. Installation is fast, so crews can secure multiple locations on a site without slowing down the project. **Q: Who uses End Metal Theft products?** A: City managers, public works departments, utilities, contractors, and maintenance crews across the country. Schools, parks, and commercial properties use them to stop repeat theft, from a single problem location to city-wide coverage. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to customize to your project needs. *by A***R on October 2, 2025* Awesome perfect finish to our project.
