Was hungry going in. Pro: light weight, stupid easy to prepare, cooks in its pouch, pouch is spotless when empty, great flavor, good looking meal. Cons: need to be precise with measured water amount (did not bring measuring cup), product had a little chew in pasta but tolerable, portion was slightly less than I needed, purposely did not eat anything more for 10 minutes, was still hungry had additional food (apple and piece of chocolate [ok half a bar of chocolate]). So for portions have something else to supplement and fine. Fair amount of sodium but no issue due to heavy workout from day of paddling. Overall: will continue to use, great meal when tired from hard day of paddling. Flavor top notch and food look quality was excellent. They just need slightly larger portions.
