It fits perfectly into my medela hand pump, the flange inserts into the flange that it already came with it. The first picture shows what I’m explaining. My hand pump came with a size 24mm and I’m a 19mm so definitely a huge difference. It actually doesn’t hurt when I pump now and I get more milk too. Not expensive and made well!
