Review: Decent pump - trash seller. - Bought one of these last year which lasted a few months before it went bang - despite selling with a warranty the seller refused to have anything to do with it - insisted I went through the original manufacturer, which is kind of annoying. What's more annoying is to discover the original sellers only communicate in Italian and don't respond more than once - have been chasing for 2 months to no avail. Play it safe - assume the warranty does mean anything because in practice it does. Ended up having to fork out for a second one which failed within 10 mins of its first use - yes 10 MINUITES from a pump with a multiple year warranty - probably just a wiring fault - these things happen. But guess what? Not only does the seller not honour the warranty - they also don't accept returns, full stop, nada. Consumer rights apparently don't apply to them.
