Supposedly for a rust free coating its not over time. Sadly I didnt realize theres a 2 yr warranty and upon realizing this they are out of warranty now even though they started failing months ago. Install was simple. Directions were lacking but pretty self explanatory. Missing a page but oh well. Took less then 40 min to install both sides. They seem to be good quality and solid and sturdy. It does have a rough undercoating style coating. Overall only time will tell how they hold up. But for now and the cost. They look great and work as expected. They look great and work as expected. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy installation *by G***C on August 17, 2025* Installed in 40 min ### ⭐⭐⭐ not a perfect fit for ford ranger 2024 *by S***A on February 24, 2025* Running boards are nice overall for the price, HOWEVER they do not perfectly fit 2024 ford ranger, due to brackets are too short and once you tighten the bolts the bar of the running boards presses on the frame. I have installed many different running boards and I have never seen that before.
