Arm exercise: Sit on a chair, put your feet on the footrests, maintain a 90-degree angle, and pull the tube. Use your palms to support the tension.3. Shoulder exercise: Stand still, put your feet on the foot pedal, hold the handle and pull up and down hard. It is recommended to do 15 times each time and repeat 2-3 groups. It can prevent frozen shoulder and increase shoulder flexibility.4. Leg exercise: Lie on the yoga mat, hold the handles, and put your feet on the foot pedals. Review: Excercise - puller - Good quality for the price I've used it for a few weeks and can already see the difference
Review: Poor Quality - Arrived with the footholder already broken. It's still usable, and yes it was cheap as chips but it should be fit for suggested purpose.
