Ordered urgently as a replacement for a damaged (lining pealing) fairly new wok we have just cooked a Chinese New Year feast for 7 friends and this wok was a pleasure to use. Cleans easily with just a wipe for most things but a quick hot dip and a rub (after sticky noodles and vegetables were left whilst we had the duck pancakes!). Also the flat base made it super stable although, with a 5 position hob, we did have to watch where the handles were to ensure they didn't burn over other burners. Ken Hom rocks. I needn't have worried, the bottom of this wok is supersmooth, it looks well made and doesn't show any signs of use after cooking with it for 3-4 weeks. The handle would have been nicer to touch if it were wood, but never mind. Good purchase, would buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great little wok *by E***Y on 14 February 2018* If I'm doing a stirfry, I like to cook all the veg in a big wok and the meat separately in a small one and this is the perfect size for that, or for frying things like mushrooms or peppers as a side dish. It's a good weight and feels like it's good quality.
