Well, first thing you need to know is.. Susan Lucci is not in the video , Second thing you should know is.. Its just a collection of clips from other videos. And last thing....her favorite moves really are the best moves. I'm glad I bought it, but I wish it wasn't so choppy, so just have the remote handy so you can pause it to adjust the chair if need be.

Don’t waste your money! Susan Lucinda is not in this video! The exercises are the same ones you get when you purchase the chair! What a waste of money! Very disappointed! I hope the other ones have different exercises!
