As other buyers have pointed out, there are no instructions but it's pretty much easy enough for a toddler to figure out. I saw several reviews mention that the screws were not included. When I first opened the package I thought that my delivery was also missing the screws. However, the base came packaged in a bubble wrap bag. When I took out the main components for the base, I realized that the screws were in a separate small bubble wrap pouch at the bottom of the main bag, and it's very easy to miss because it can get camouflaged in the bubble wrap. So if you order this item make sure you go through all the packaging completely before you determine that the screws are missing. I highly recommend this base. If you're looking for something similar, don't overthink it. Just buy this and you'll be happy.

Completely satisfied with this base. Very sturdy and arrived exactly as described. As other buyers have pointed out, there are no instructions but it's pretty much easy enough for a toddler to figure out. I saw several reviews mention that the screws were not included. When I first opened the package I thought that my delivery was also missing the screws. However, the base came packaged in a bubble wrap bag.
