I have multiple prolapses. I have been using this product for 6 months now and it has given me the ability to get back to exercising again. It gives amazing support and I feel so secure when I work out and run. I started out with the high waisted one but prefer the low waisted one much more. I felt the low waisted one offered a bit more support and compression. I feel it’s very comfortable and great quality. I hand wash it several times a week and it’s still in perfect shape.
