The unit came with plastic body blankets (sweat increase), a cotton waffle blanket, temp & setting modulator, and a large bag with a zipper to store it after use. I’ve had mine for about 3wks now. It doesn’t require pre-heat, although I start at a low setting and temperature then work my way up. Now the modular portion that connects to the sauna blanket directly does get warm (consider this when monitoring your safety while in use), it hasn’t been a problem so far. My family unit all use it as a healing tool. It has therapeutic stones, it detoxifies the body, if makes you sweat profusely, and it relaxes you within 30-45 minutes of a level 6 session. Size progression, it folds out over my entire king size bed for cleaning and fits a 6 ft 4 inch family member. Review: Instant pain relief and an added surprising bonus your skin will be as soft as a baby's..... - I love this product! After my spinal cord surgery I use at a minimum three times a week, I have recommended on numerous occasions to my close-knit family and friends.
