**Q: Does it work broken as that’s how mine arrived?**
A: Mine arrived broken as well so I requested a replacement. It arrived within a few days of reporting what I received.

**Q: Ordered the 3 pack and one is broken. Vendor says no returns.  Looks like there is no way to follow up on this. I would not order from them again?**
A: I did return broken ones in the past despite that. Try contacting Amazon instead of the seller. Or you can still use the broken pieces, They do work.

In regards to your question . simply soak the sugar bear in clean water (no soap) for 20 minutes, pat dry and than place the item in an airtight container.
